1. What makes TrailDog Outfitters gear different?
Our products are crafted with premium, outdoor-grade materials designed for strength, comfort, and long-lasting performance. Each piece is tested to withstand real-world adventure conditions—from daily walks to rugged trails.
2. How do I choose the right size for my dog?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide.
We recommend measuring your dog’s neck and chest with a soft tape measure for the most accurate fit.

3. How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.
4. What are your shipping options?
We offer Standard, Expedited, and Priority shipping within the United States.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only, but we are working toward expanding our international options in the future.
6. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
7. What should I do if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged?
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact your carrier first.
For damaged items, email us within 48 hours with your order number and photos, and we will assist you with a solution.
8. What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
All gear must be in its original condition and packaging.

9. Can I exchange my item for a different size or color?
Yes—exchanges are available as long as the item is in new, unused condition.

10. How do I care for my dog’s gear?
Most collars, leashes, and harnesses can be hand-washed with mild soap and air-dried.
Avoid machine washing, harsh chemicals, or high heat, as these may damage the materials.
11. Can I modify or cancel my order?
We can assist with modifications or cancellations before the order has shipped.
Once a package has been processed and scanned by the carrier, we can no longer make changes.
